Rodents

Rodents are nocturnal and secretive in their movements. They are noticed more in the winter as they find their way into warmer environment. Majority of people only notice they have rodents by evidence of droppings, grease marks caused by the rodents oily body rubbing against a surface, scratching noises, movement in ceilings and live sightings.

They are creatures of habit so they will return to areas that they have found to be warm and protected. So by getting on to the problem quick,  we will be able to stop them making your home, theirs.

There are three common rodents found in New Zealand:

1. Mouse, which can be identified by its large ears, small eyes and a tail longer than its body.
2. Roof Rat, which is black in colour, has large ears, pointed nose and a tail longer than its body.
3. Norway Rat, which is brown in colour, has small eyes and ears, blunt nose and has a short tail.

Treatment
